Development Center

The Development Center is about diagnosing the potential and professional competences of employees. The method is effective due to its complexity: employees' competences are assessed in various tasks by several assessors.

We use this method when we want to develop employees who participate in the program.

Our DC service includes:

  • definition of key competences, their behavioral indicators and assessment scale
  • designing DC sessions: preparing tools / tasks for competency assessment
  • conducting  DC
  • analysis of the results and assessment in the assessment team
  • preparation of reports for the client and participants
  • providing feedback to DC participants
  • summary of the session and giving our recommendations
