We support our clients' teams in implementing the recommended changes / actions. Our consultants work with procurement teams, conducting workshops and coaching sessions as well as "follow up" / sessions checking the level of implementation of recommended activities. We offer cooperation with highly specialized experts in the field of procurement. The cooperation is temporary and aimed at achieving specific, agreed business results.

Our consulting model is based on:

  • recognizing the current state of the procurement function - defining gaps: competency, process / potential (savings),
  • preparing recommendations for improvements that will increase the efficiency of procurement management
