Assessment Center

Assessment Center is the diagnosis of the level of professional competence of employees or potential employees (candidates participating in the recruitment process).

The method is used when we want to select the best candidate in the recruitment process. The method is effective due to its complexity: employees' competences are assessed in various tasks by several assessors.

Our AC service includes:

  • definition of key competences, their behavioral indicators and assessment scale
  • designing AC sessions: preparing tools / tasks for competency assessment
  • carrying out AC
  • analysis of the results and assessment in the assessment team
  • preparation of reports for the client and participants
  • summary of the session and giving our recommendations
