Our Client is a leading global company that operates in the outsourced services business.  

Key responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Board Member  you will be mostly responsible for:

• Supporting internal stakeholders with : cost leadership, productivity efficiencies, an assured Supply Chain and risk mitigation
• Developing a team of procurement professionals
• Initiating, leading and executing main productivity and strategic projects to drive revenue growth
• Continuously improving and developing the Supply Chain in collaboration with all stakeholders
• Executing  of cost out programs across the account sites
• Implementing  and sustaining of key concepts and innovation
• Implementing of flow down terms for all Subcontractors
• Conducting  Supply Chain diagnostics on the account and driving cost and labor optimization projects on and across sites
• Ensuring full transparency on account specific Supply Chain requirements and track against these
• Driving compliance to preferred suppliers and ensure strong and consistent supplier performance across the account by implementation and tracking of supplier SLA’s and KPI’s
• Engaging with the internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve profitability, drive revenue and/or improve service delivery through supplier driven innovation and product developments
• Driving  standardization and implementation of concepts and excellence programs across the accounts
• Tracking, reporting and following-up on savings progress, compliance status and other account activities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Higher education
• At least 7 years of experience in leading strategic procurement teams (international environment, internal stakeholder focus)
• In depth knowledge in indirect materials procurement (facilities, professional services etc.)
• Strong leadership profile with hands-on approach when needed
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to link commercial models to supply chain and procurement strategies on the account
• Negotiation skills, capable of handling complex supplier relationships
• Strong and documented stakeholder and project management skills with focus on execution and long term relations across stakeholder groups
• Self-driven, must be able to prioritize and translate strategy in concrete activities on account and sites
• Communication and influential skills at all levels as well as good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to a change
• Strong ability to drive change (experience in procurement role transformation and team capabilities development)
• Strong customer focus and collaboration skills
• Successful track record in supporting business strategy while leading procurement activities
• Native Polish, fluent English
