Savings are one of the main Procurement KPI’s. During our workshop, we walk the participants through each savings generation methods depending on the category strategy. We recommend potential to generate fast savings, we also present cost models in great details. During the course of training we propose a number of tools such as for ex: RACI model, Power-Interest Matrix, STP analysis, 5W Technique, Kraljic Matrix. We discuss extensively various analysis that can be used by the participants immediately during their daily work activities.
