“It is not about doing things right, but doing the right things” Work organization and time management is one of the most sought-after social skills among procurement staff. During the training, participants will learn how to plan and set priorities. They will develop the ability to formulate real goals. V. Planning principles in practice

  • Pareto principle in time management in procurement
  • Eisenhower's principle of prioritizing the work of merchants
  • Analysis of the "ABC" and ways to combat postponing important tasks "to later"

VI. Work planning and psychophysiological efficiency
