Modern procurement departments are often departments that initiate changes in the organization. However, it is impossible to ignore the internal resistance that procurement representatives have to face. The aim of this unique training is to prepare employees of procurement departments to introduce and accept changes, to shape positive attitudes towards changes and to develop the ability to take decisive action. Knowing your own reactions to change. Reacting to difficult situations related to changes in the purchasing department or through the purchasing department. Increasing resistance to difficult situations related to change. Skillfully communicated changes inside the organization (in particular, improving communication between the purchasing department and internal customers). The training is conducted in a closed form.
